Usama Razzaq · Lahore, Pakistan
I’m Usama. I build software, and I’m working toward AI engineering.
I’m based in Lahore, Pakistan, with 2+ years of industry experience across web development, backend systems, and healthcare technology. At Marham, I work on products people use to access care, including AI-powered triage.
My work has included improving patient journeys through A/B experiments and connecting Claude to MongoDB through MCP. Alongside that, I’ve built a TensorFlow recommendation engine to match volunteers with event roles. These experiences have made me want to go deeper into AI engineering.
I’m now learning AI and agentic engineering, building on my software background to work toward systems that can take useful action. My aim is to use AI to solve real-world problems, with the engineering care those problems deserve.
Outside product work, I mentor developers at Dev Weekends and teach Data Structures and Algorithms. My reading stretches from engineering and personal growth to classic fiction. Learning and sharing what I learn are a big part of who I am.
